Shooting guard of the LeBron James all-time teammate team: Dwyane Wade (2010-11)

After seven seasons with his hometown Cavaliers, LeBron James needed to find a new home to contend for his first championship. At that point in his career, the narrative that he could not win it all was catching up to him and while he single-handily carried the Cavs to the NBA Finals in 2007, the team simply did not have enough to get past the San Antonio Spurs.

That led to “The Decision” and the start of NBA fans really starting to lash back at LeBron James. He decided to pair up with Dwyane Wade and Chris Bosh and create the newest NBA super team in Miami.

When this team was at their best they were one of the most unstoppable teams in recent league history. However, they still were only able to win two championships in a four-year span before LeBron left yet again to return home to Cleveland.

Wade was absolutely the number two on this team and in the 2011 NBA Finals, where LeBron really struggled, it was Wade who picked up the slack and looked like the alpha on the team. That was his best overall season with LeBron as his teammate, averaging 25.5 points, 6.4 rebounds and 4.6 assists per game.

It may not have been the prime Wade that we saw average 30.2 points per game two years earlier, but it was arguably the last year of his prime — although he was an all-star for another five seasons.
