Los Angeles Lakers: 3 Reasons a 2020 title wouldn’t be tainted

The Los Angeles Lakers are facing full-strength rosters
All this time off has been beneficial to every team in at least one area: health. Contending teams that were dealing with injured players who were in jeopardy of missing postseason games will mostly be at full strength by the time the season starts back up.
This has never been the case before. Each and every year, teams have key players get hurt and miss playoff games which results in debates about what would happen if every team was 100% healthy. Well this year, we’ll actually get to see that play out.
No team can use the injury excuse as a crutch for why they didn’t perform in the postseason. So if the Lakers were to end up winning the whole thing, they will have gone through a crucible of full strength rosters to get there. And they would probably be the first champions who would be able to say that.
So with all that said, I don’t see how a championship run that includes a four-month layoff from competition, zero home games, and having to face every team at their healthiest can be considered tainted. And like I stated earlier, if anything, it should be respected even more.
