Los Angeles Lakers vs. Utah Jazz — Win

The Utah Jazz are currently the fourth seed in the Western Conference and have the roster to make some noise in the playoffs once they begin. However, against the Lakers, the Jazz just do not match up as well and that has shown in the games played between the two teams this season.

The Lakers are 2-0 against the Jazz this season and it really has not even been close in either game. The Lakers won the first contest 95-86 and the second contest 121-96.

The thing that makes the Jazz as good as they are is defense, but the problem is that they do not match up great defensively with the Lakers and the Lakers are also a great defensive team. When you have two great defensive teams matched up, the team with the much-better offense is going to win 90 times out of 100.

Los Angeles Lakers vs. Oklahoma City Thunder — Win

The Oklahoma City Thunder are 0-3 against the Los Angeles Lakers this season but they played the Lakers really close in the first two games, only losing by five and three points. The last time the two teams played it was a 125-110 blowout and that was the game where both LeBron and Davis were out and Kyle Kuzma dropped 36 points.

The Thunder are absolutely a team that can beat the Lakers and the Lakers not having Bradley does help in some regard as the Thunder are best equipped in the backcourt.

However, the team’s second-most talented player, Shai Gilgeous-Alexader, is inexperienced and I think less equipped to adjust to this new reality for the time being. The team’s third-most talented player, Danilo Gallinari, is going to be playing for his next contract and will be extra cautious of staying healthy.

With that, we will see an 80 percent Thunder team that the Lakers take care of.
