Lake Show Life started a post-game report called Lake Show Life Lessons last year. In a year that the team wasn’t good and narratives from plenty of other media outlets made this series challenging. We put this together in the blueprint of the late Kobe Bryant’s “Detail” series on ESPN+. This was supposed to show the progress of the team along with fair criticism.

Over time, readers started to engage and leave comments. The comment section took on a life of its own and at times was more fun than the articles. Readers like Slick, McKinley Webb, Donald, Victor Valenzuela, Corky Carroll, Tito Cruz, Eroc and so many other readers turned this series into a company record-breaking series. Even I, Ronald Agers the writer took this for granted.

There is no Los Angeles Lakers series like this. A combination of basketball knowledge with a level of basketball knowledge and commanded respect.
