Trade market and continuity

The Lakers will possibly look to deal some guys this offseason. Those names could include Kyle Kuzma and Danny Green. They will do so to help them find guys that better fit their system.

With such a short offseason that could help, as teams may look to scramble around. Teams could also look to shed guys with more years to get some flexibility for future free agents. Green has one year left on his deal before becoming an UFA, Kuzma has one year before becoming a RFA.

That could help the Lakes get someone that could be better suited for the team and help them out cap wise. Which would allow them more options to sign this offseason.

Either route they decide to go, it will help that the team has their two main pieces in LeBron and AD. Coming off a championship and great chemistry between the two, that is big. We’ve seen in the past a lot of change can be bad for an organization, the list goes on.
