Montrezl Harrell got some minutes on the floor (What a concept!) and he delivered for the Los Angeles Lakers!

Lake Show Life has a message to Lakers fans that hear rumors about Montrezl Harrell being traded for P.J. Tucker (Yes, they are out there!). Take a second to digest the information, then roll your eyes and move on with your life. It’s not happening.

Hopefully, these stupid rumors weren’t the reason for Harrell to out this cryptic tweet about quitting.

This sent enough shockwaves that even the Lakers Governor, Jeanie Buss sent a response to the reigning Sixth Man of the Year. She was even in attendance at the Staples Center to watch the game. Lake Show Life has stated time and time again that the Lakers are much more than an NBA franchise, it’s a family that looks out for each other. Jeanie Buss shows yet again that this is the “Gold Standard” of professional sports.

Like the rest of the Lakers roster, Harrell started slowly. But like Kyle Kuzma, he went crazy in the last quarter bringing invaluable energy and spark for the Lake Show.

Trezl got 32 minutes on the floor (Something the Lake Show Life staff likes!) putting together a stat line of 17 points (8-11 shooting!), 6 rebounds, 3 blocks with an assist and a steal.

But this is the real storyline from Lake Show Life…Montrezl Harrell.

Hopefully, Trezl is starting to feel better and taking things one day at a time to take care of his mental health. As stated above, Ms. Buss’ social media post shows the Lakers support to help Harrell to sort things out whatever he’s going through. These are hard times for everyone dealing with the pandemic and it’s clear that he hasn’t had enough time to grieve the loss of his grandmother.

From Lake Show Life to Montrezl Harrell, we are praying for you and pulling for you more off the court than on it.

Usually, the Lake Show Life Lessons series would start with LeBron James. Barring an explosion from two players from the bench, this would have happened here. But putting LeBron down at the fourth page is not to say that James was bad in this game because he wasn’t. However, this was not one of his better games. read on to see what we are talking about.
