Andre Drummond was established early in the post with good results!

It was the tale of two games in this one for Drummond. The Los Angeles Lakers have started to use an offensive philosophy of getting the ball down low to Drummond to beat the small ball Toronto Raptors up down low.

It was working too. Drummond was a massive presence down low. There were a couple of flashes of big-to-big teamwork with Anthony Davis as well. Here’s one of those instances here.

Andre Drummond finished with 19 points, 11 rebounds (4 offensive), the assist shown above, and a steal. What kept Dre from having a bigger night? Fouls.

Drummond has to figure out a way to defend without fouling against smaller teams. Three first-half fouls threw off the rotations and diminished his effectiveness for the rest of the game. Frank Vogel’s rotations are already driving Lakers fans up the wall with his minutes delegation to the front line. Early foul trouble from Drummond will only make things worse.

We finish up Lake Show Life Lessons with the best player on the floor for the Los Angeles Lakers in Kyle Kuzma. Not only did he lead the team in scoring, but he may have found an option to stop the listless play that has hampered the Lake Show. Read on to see how he did and his bright idea!
