1. Trevor Ariza
Unlike the other two players on this list, Trevor Ariza was not represented by Rob Pelinka when he came into the NBA. Ariza changed agencies later in his career and became a Pelinka client during his first stint with the Washington Wizards.
Ariza has bounced around the league throughout his career and it is because of what he brings to the table. Ariza is the prototypical three and D wing with size that a contending team loves to bring off the bench and give 20-25 solid minutes.
Of course, his level of production has wanned as he has gotten deeper into his NBA career. Father time is a very real thing (unless you are LeBron James) and Ariza is not the same producer that he was even five years ago.
However, he still has value and he is exactly the kind of cheap veteran that a team like the Lakers looks to bring in to be the ninth or tenth guy off the bench. He can give the Lakers 15 minutes a game if needed and can play an array of positions from the three to small-ball five if needed.
Ariza first gained relevance in the league as part of the Los Angeles Lakers when he shot 47.6% from three in the 2009 playoffs. It would be a perfect bookend to finish his career in LA as well.
