2. The Cleveland Cavaliers big three

Some Laker fans may argue that the Cleveland Cavaliers big three should be lower than the Lakers big three and I get it. Davis is better than both stars that Cleveland had and Westbrook is probably better than Kevin Love in a vacuum.

Again, fit matters and the fit here was ideal for LeBron James. If LeBron didn’t run into one of the best teams of all time (and the team didn’t get hurt in 2015) then he would definitely have at least two, if not three titles with the Cavaliers.

Kyrie and Love were such great fits alongside LeBron James. Kyrie was the ballhandling point guard who could help with some of the playmaking duties but could also play off-ball as a perimeter scoring threat.

As we have seen with the Brooklyn Nets, despite being a point guard, Irving operates better as a two-guard allowing someone else (in this case James Harden) to do most of the facilitating.

Love was a great third banana for this Cavs team as he was a big that provided rebounding and allowed the team to go small when they needed to while also helping with the floor spacing.

And of course, this version of LeBron was absolutely incredible. Miami LeBron was probably the best all-around, but second-stint Cleveland LeBron did the most in terms of output and impact on the team.

It is close, but Cleveland gets the nod.
