4. Rajon Rondo

Rajon Rondo is a player that leaves an impact on just about every team he goes to. One of the main things people attribute to Rondo is his excellent leadership and basketball IQ as well as mentorship. Rondo was very imperative to the Lakers winning the championship in the bubble.

LeBron James and Anthony Davis have even gone on record saying just how important Rondo was to the team and how much he was missed last season.

Although it is still a bit up in the air just how much playing time Rondo will have this season, one thing to note is Rondo is also an excellent playmaker averaging 5 assists per game with the Lakers. He can take the pressure off Lebron and Russell Westbrook allowing those guys to take a rest when needed.

One thing is for certain: he is going to be loud and in the huddles and lockerrooms displaying championship-level leadership.
