The story from the Los Angeles Lakers’ win:

The Los Angeles Lakers FINALLY won the rebounding battle!

51-39 wins NBA teams a lot of games. Ask Boston who smoked the Lakers 51-33 on Friday night!

Well, LeBron James is going to get that rest that he needs!

Both Isaiah Stewart and LeBron James will be fined and suspended for this brawl. Yes, this was a brawl. The only thing that kept this from the “Malice in the Palace” sequel is the 20 people that kept Stewart from LeBron. The NBA will look at this and hand out punishments Monday at the extreme latest.

LeBron James should be embarrassed. He assumed he could be slick with a dirty play with this Rudy Gobert quote in mind…via the Salt Lake Tribune.

"“Guys need to stop acting like they’re going to do more and [just] play basketball,” Gobert said. “And if they do want to do more, let’s do it outside the court and without security, and then we’ll figure it out. But on the court, ain’t nobody going to do s—. Let’s stop acting like we’re about that life. Most guys are not."

Stewart is about that life. LeBron James was struggling to get to his spots and the Pistons actually was taking advantage of him. It’s clear that the game turned around AFTER he was ejected.

This was a really bad look for LeBron James. That look on his face like he couldn’t understand why Isaiah was so upset was just as weak as his play in the game at times. It wouldn’t be a good look if he had to defend himself…basically cause he couldn’t. Isaiah Stewart forgot he was in the NBA and blacked out with rage.

LeBron needs to use this suspension to rest and do extensive rehab because that play was nothing but an aging superstar who is frustrated because his body is breaking down. Hence he can’t do the things he used to.
