The bad from the Los Angeles Lakers’ loss:

The third-quarter blues returned and even worse for the Lakers, it trickled into the final quarter!

Well, Lake Show Life got burned big time going on the record stating the Lakers might have overcome their bad performances in the third quarter…OOPS! Our bad!

The Memphis Grizzlies went on a huge 13-2 run in the third quarter to get a small lead to go into the final quarter. Then they gave up a 9-2 run to fall behind 14 points with less than eight minutes to go. The Lakers scored 42 points in the entire second half and 17 in the final quarter.

Turnovers…

Anyone tired of reading this issue from Lake Show Life? How about asking us if we’re tired of reporting it almost every game. The only reason the Grizzlies stayed in this game much less had a lead is because the Lakers had some of the most ridiculous turnovers ever seen in a basketball game.

  • LeBron James had five turnovers.
  • Russell Westbrook had six turnovers.
  • Carmelo Anthony had three turnovers.
  • Malik Monk had three turnovers.
  • Wayne Ellington had two turnovers.
  • Anthony Davis had two turnovers.

Get the picture? Aren’t the top two on the list the primary ball handlers? Unlike the previous few teams the Lakers played, Memphis seemingly turned every turnover into points. This just can’t happen Lakers fans.

When opposing teams score 27 points off turnovers, more than likely the Lakers will lose.

They play the Oklahoma City Thunder next!

The staff of Lake Show Life forgot that the OKC Thunder beat the Los Angeles Lakers twice this season by walking them down from huge deficits.
