2. Tristan Thompson

Tristan Thompson cracks this list as being a buyout target that the Los Angeles Lakers should avoid at all costs yet he is someone that the team is actually expected to pursue if he is bought out by the Sacramento Kings.

Adding Thompson would be a joke and would only further showcase that the front office cannot handle the center position and that Klutch Sports has far too much say on what the Lakers are doing as a team. Thompson adds absolutely nothing to the Lakers and honestly, might even make them worse.

The team does not need another big man when they can just play Dwight Howard more. Thompson is not a better center than Dwight Howard and he might not even be better than DeAndre Jordan and that is saying something.

Even if the Lakers want to just replace Jordan with Thompson it does not make sense. This roster does not need two big men on it. The Lakers would benefit far more from waiving Jordan for a defensive wing or even a point guard, not another big!

We mentioned that Augustin is among the worst players in the league when it comes to BPM. Thompson is right there with him. Thompson ranks one spot higher than Augustin at 321st out of 330 with a  -4.3 BPM. The best part? DeAndre Jordan has a -0.5 BPM this season.
