Malik Monk should run away from Lakers after yet another ugly loss
By Ronald Agers
The story from the Los Angeles Lakers’ loss:
The Los Angeles Lakers put Jason Kidd on the coaching staff for a reason!
My goodness, the Lakers have no offensive scheme! After the Mavs fell off the cliff in the third quarter, they just circled the wagons and started executing. The Lakers missed shots and turned the ball over to the tune of only 17 points.
The Lakers have no go-to plays at all.
- In the 80s there was Kareem and the skyhook in the half-court.
- The Kobe/Shaq era, Shaq beat everyone up and got them in foul trouble and Kobe just took everyone else out one-on-one.
- Today, the Lakers have LeBron shooting logo 3 pointers and side steps!
The Lakers miss Jason Kidd and a certain member of the Dallas staff named Jared Dudley aka leadership.
This loss is not on LeBron James folks, they are wearing him out kinda like they did Kobe Bryant when he blew his Achilles!
LeBron finished the game with 26 points, 12 rebounds and 5 assists. Look he tried but this franchise wants him to do everything. Russ was terrible. Austin Reaves can’t score since he was inserted in the lineup and no one can count on Stanley Johnson to score 11 points on 4-6 shooting for the rest of the season.
Anthony Davis is not coming through that door Lakers fans. If he does it will be in street clothes. The King wore himself out getting the Lakers back into the game and was tired at the end. What’s worse is that Luka KNEW IT!
By the way, to the uninformed Lakers fans that believe the Lakers should start tanking to get into the lottery, don’t bring it in here. See, the Memphis Grizzlies will get that top 10 pick as a part of the Anthony Davis trade.
But the Lakers didn’t give up enough right? Nope, because they are still giving away assets!
