1. Quin Snyder

Los Angeles Lakers assistant coach during the 2011-12 season

Quin Snyder is undoubtedly the biggest head coach on this particular list as he is the only one with previous head coaching experience. Snyder is the current head coach of the Utah Jazz and on paper, he has put together quite the resume.

The Jazz have been one of the best regular-season teams in the league while Snyder has been the head coach and he has elevated certain players once they put on a Jazz uniform. While that is true, the postseason success, or lack thereof, is concerning.

Despite being one of the best regular-season teams in the league the Jazz have often come up short in the playoffs, oftentimes in an ugly fashion. The team has never made it past the second round of the playoffs and Snyder has a losing record as a head coach.

If you are going to fire Vogel because of his lack of success what would it accomplish if the team hired Snyder, who has proven that he has been unable to make the proper adjustments in the postseason to make a deeper playoff run? Heck, if the Portland Trail Blazers and Atlanta Hawks could make the Conference Finals then the Jazz should have as well.

Snyder spent one season as an assistant coach with the Los Angeles Lakers during the 2011-12 season. He then spent a season with CSKA Moscow as an assistant, a year with the Hawks as an assistant and has been the head coach of the Jazz since 2014.
