10. Victor Oladipo
Watching the market for Victor Oladipo develop this offseason will be one of the more interesting developments in free agency. Oladipo is a former star player who turned himself into the 6th man for the Heat as they attempted to find offense in the Eastern Conference Finals. Oladipo averaged 12.4 points on the season and flashed some of the athleticism that made him such a great scorer with the Pacers.
Whether or not the rest of his athleticism returns will be what helps to shape the market for Oladipo this offseason.
Oladipo would be a great 6th option for the Lakers one who can play point while playing great defense. Signing Oladipo is a viable option to improve the current roster and give the team the spark off the bench they were lacking last season.
Signing Oladipo and adding defensive role players around him while keeping Russell Westbrook and Anthony Davis would improve the Los Angeles Lakers enough to make them a playoff threat. The biggest question in that scenario is if LeBron and Davis can stay healthy for the playoffs?
Oladipo helps answer that question and would allow the Lakers to steal minutes of rest for both Davis and LeBron throughout the regular season.
