1. Taurean Prince

Taurean Prince is the exact type of player the Lakers should be looking to add this offseason. Prince is still only 28 years old and is a %37 percent, three-point shooter. Prince spent his first three seasons with the Atlanta Hawks before spending time with the Cavs, Nets, and Wolves. His ability to hit the three-point shot makes him a valuable bench piece but it isn’t the only trait that makes him a good fit for the Lakers.

Prince has made his money in this league with his outside shot and his hustle on defense. He is a solid help defender and a much better on-ball defender than the Lakers had on their bench the entire 2021 season.

Taurean will play well with the Lakers roster as well considering the myriad of options you have with him on the floor. The only position you don’t want to put Prince in his at the point guard position. While Prince can get his own shot with an opportunity he isn’t a great passer. He is at his best when he can play off the ball or play iso and create his own shot.

Taurean Prince is the exact type of player the Lakers should be surrounding LeBron James with this offseason. A player capable of hitting the deep shot while playing great defense off the bench.
