2. Kendrick Nunn

After missing all of last season due to injuries it appeared that the Los Angeles Lakers were going to get a big boost from Kendrick Nunn this season. Nunn started the preseason on fire and there was a lot of excitement in the air about what Nunn could bring to the team this season that they lacked last season.

Nunn was a lethal scoring presence in the preseason and was making shots from beyond the arc at an absurd clip. While his insane three-point percentage of over 50% was never going to translate into an entire season, it was at least a promising sign for the Lakers’ guard.

Unfortunately, that has not translated into the regular season as Nunn has contributed to the shooting problem in Los Angeles. Nunn is shooting 28.6% from the field and 23.1% from beyond the arc this season. He has the worst BPM on the team.

Luckily, the Lakers have not called on Nunn to be a big part of the rotation as he is only averaging 12.3 minutes per game this season. It will be interesting to see if Nunn is even in the rotation anymore once Schroder returns, or if LA will give him a chance to turn it around.

Either way, because of his salary and the fact that he is on an expiring contract, Nunn is a potential candidate to be traded in the future. So his Lakers career may not last very long at all.
