3. Juan Toscano-Anderson

There are only so many minutes that can be handed out in an NBA rotation and certain players are going to see their time slashed even if they don’t directly play the position that Schroder and Bryant play. A prime third candidate to see his playing time cut is former Warrior Juan Toscano-Anderson.

Jones is only going to free up eight minutes while Nunn can free up another 12. That is obviously not enough to put Schroder and Bryant in the rotation as the duo will probably combine for around 35-40 minutes.

Some players, like Patrick Beverley, will end up sacrificing 4-5 minutes in the rotation to help LA make adequate room. But there is still one player that might get kicked out of the rotation as a result and with how he has played, it is hard not to pick JTA and his 15 minutes a game.

Toscano-Anderson has been really bad for the Lakers this season and if the decision is between him or Troy Brown Jr. the team definitely has to favor Brown. JTA was brought over to play defense and shoot threes and he has not really done either.

The former Warrior has been fine defensively but has not been good enough to make up for his shoddy offense. Toscano-Anderson is shooting a staggeringly low 11.1% from three this season. That is not a typo.
