LeBron James has become a bit of an internet meme over the last few weeks after his comments about the late Takeoff and his rap group, Migos. LeBron stated that he was listening to the group before they were big back in Miami in 2010 when the group did not release any music until 2011.

LeBron telling little white lies has become the biggest joke among the NBA fanbase, whether it be this innocuous comment about rap music or the time that he said he correctly predicted that Kobe Bryant would score 81 points when he did.

His latest white lie might be his best one yet, though. After losing to the Los Angeles Clippers on Wednesday to move to 2-9 on the season, LeBron expressed his frustration with the lack of calls he has been getting this season. James is averaging a career-low 4.8 free throws per game.

That is when James dropped the perfect nugget that is undoubtedly going to get him roasted yet again by NBA Twitter. The four-time MVP and future Hall of Famer said that he needs to learn how to flop in order to get more calls — and he is completely serious.

This was not a tongue-in-cheek self-aware answer from LeBron James. He was being 100% serious and genuinely wants to master the art of something that he already mastered years ago.

LeBron James is one of the most notorious floppers in the league.

Anyone who has watched NBA for the last decade knows that LeBron James has been one of the most prominent players in the entire sport in the art of flopping. James mentions that he should start snapping his head back and things of that nature to get calls. He already does that!

What makes this even funnier is that Twitter itself has a collection of LeBron flops on the site’s database in the form of GIFs! All to have to do is search “LeBron flop” and you will be greeted with an array of digestible clips that show the master at work.

If LeBron doesn’t think that he already knows how to flop then his flopping game is going to reach a whole new level this season. Those previous instances must not have been him really trying to flop. Now that he is going to put the hours in the gym to make sure he is a master of the craft? We are going to see next-level flopping.

Regardless, LeBron James’ flopping is not going to save this Los Angeles Lakers season as the team is a mess and is quickly losing grip on the year as a whole. But at least there will be something entertaining to watch in these games.
