The Los Angeles Lakers are on the road for a massive matchup with Joel Embiid and the Philadelphia 76ers on Monday, and there are several ways to bet on this matchup – especially in the prop market.
The Lakers are down several players right now, as Gabe Vincent, Rui Hachimura and Jarred Vanderbilt are all injured.
However, the team has still found a way to win games, and Austin Reaves has been thriving in a bench role in the process. Does that continue against Philly?
I have three props for this game, one for Reaves, one for LeBron James and another for the Sixers.
Let’s dive into the picks for Monday night’s game:

Lakers vs. Sixers best NBA prop bets today
- Austin Reaves OVER 13.5 points
- LeBron James OVER 6.5 assists
- Tobias Harris OVER 17.5 points
Austin Reaves OVER 13.5 points
Austin Reaves is on a heater, scoring 17, 19, 17 and 15 points over his last four games. With the Lakers banged up, Reaves should get all the minutes he can handle going forward for the team.
I love Reaves playing off the bench, as he gets more time to really run the offense and not sharing the rock with the likes of LeBron and D'Angelo Russell as much.
Reaves has cleared this total in seven of his last 10 games and is averaging 14.0 points per game on the season. As long as he’s pushing double-digit shot attempts, this is a doable line for Reaves on Monday.
LeBron James OVER 6.5 assists
On the season, LeBron is averaging just 6.6 assists per game, but he’s seen an uptick in those numbers as of late.
Over his last seven games (since sitting out vs. Portland), the NBA’s all-time leading scorer is averaging 8.1 assists per game. Now, he gets to take on a Philly team that is 21st in the NBA in opponent assists per game (26.9).
I expect LeBron to continue playmaking at a high level with the Lakers down a few rotation pieces.
Tobias Harris OVER 17.5 points
This is a prop that hasn’t been as consistent as it was early in the season, but Tobias Harris is still averaging 19.2 points per game this season while shooting 54.2 percent from the field.
With Joel Embiid having to deal with Anthony Davis tonight, don’t be shocked if Harris and Tyrese Maxey are the primary beneficiaries on offense for the Sixers.
I’ll take a shot on Harris at this number since he’s scored at least 15 points in nine of his last 10 games.
