It has taken every ounce of restraint I have to not complain about the refs in this series. The media has been talking about it, the coaches have mentioned it, and the fans are definitely upset about it.
I’ll chalk up the extra fouls and missed out-of-bounds calls as innocent accidents and just accept that Ray Allen beat the Lakers fair and square in game two. It’s the only way to move on while staying sane. Excellent game, Ray- you are one of the few honorable players who doesn’t resort to gimmicks and acting to succeed. You got where you are by doing the one thing that so many other players seem to ignore: you practiced your butt off.
