It appears that after stumbling across a Marc J. Spears tweet, Sean Highkin of USA Today typed up a fun little piece Sunday afternoon where the title read “D’Antoni says Lakers should be top-4 seed, is delusional.”

So while “delusional” is a bit harsh, it at least begs the question – is Mike D’Antoni the right guy for the job?
While we try to stay relatively positive on this site, we’re pretty sure the resounding answer from Lakerland would be a no – and rightfully so.
That said, it leads us to our next question. Should Mike D’Antoni be fired this offseason, who should replace him?
We’re going to go ahead and leave Phil Jakson off this list, because that’s just too obvious.
