Kobe Bryant‘s progress on his rehab has gone under the radar. We know he has planned, and is in the middle of, what has been described as an intense workout program through the summer to help him return to 100%. As often is the case with Bryant, his cards haven’t been revealed as his “camp” has remained mum about his status.
Fans, however, could either breathe a sigh of relief or tense up in nervous anxiety thanks to a video that has surfaced showing Bryant playing soccer in Brazil, where he is attending the World Cup. The video can be found on ESPN’s website and features an interview where he predicts his World Cup Final.
"It’s my favorite sport to watch. I enjoy watching football more than I enjoy watching basketball, actually…As of now, I’m predicting a Brazil-Argentina final."
Bryant references meeting the Brazilian national team last summer when they hosted the Confederations Cup, posting pictures of his encounter with the team on his Instagram.
As for Bryant’s predicted winner of the South American Final? Well, he remained loyal to his fellow Nike clients, picking Brazil to bring home the title in the tournament they are hosting.
