Lakers Nick Young barely missed the second round of the 3-point contest with his 18 points.

So Nick Young didn’t make every single one of his shots like we all expected, but he also didn’t embarrass himself. Young shot better than Kyle Lowry, C.J. McCollum, Wesley Matthews and reigning 3-point contest champion Klay Thompson. Not bad, Swaggy. Not bad.

His 18 points were just edged out by Kemba Walker, who finished with 20 points. Two more points and he would have been in the second round with Kyrie Irving, Eric Gordon and Walker. Will Swaggy P come back and redeem himself next year in Los Angeles? We can only hope.
