The Lakers are now at full capacity.
With Shannon Brown officially signing a new two year contract and now news of second round pick Devin Ebanks coming to terms on a deal, the roster is now at the league minimum of 13.
Ebanks, the 43rd overall pick in the 2010 draft, was a bright spot on the winless summer league roster for the Lakers. The former West Virginia Mountaineer averaged 15 points per game while playing 33 minutes per contest.
At 6’9”, Ebanks would bring another versatile perimeter presence to the roster and has reminded some of former Laker Trevor Ariza. If he is able to make the final cut, Devin will collect a cool $473,604 for his troubles. Of course, making the team is one thing, finding minutes in Phil Jackson’s rotation is another.
