Josh McRoberts Latest Laker Dealing With Injury Issues

Not even a month into this season and already the injuries are stacking up for the Lake Show. The most infamous of all is Kobe Bryant’s wrist but Pau Gasol’s shoulder is starting to draw concern as well.

You can now add reserve forward Josh McRoberts to the injury watch list.

Apparently McRoberts suffered what Mike Bresnahan has compared to as a turf-toe injury. The incident occurred last week in Sacramento after McRoberts was attempting to come to an abrupt stop. Later in that same game Gasol stepped on that same toe further aggravating the issue.

Currently McRoberts is listed as day-to-day and is a game-time decision for tonight’s tilt against the Houston Rockets.
