Andrew Bynum Caps Historic Night With S-Bomb On Live TV

Last night Andrew Bynum accomplished something only four other Lakers have ever done before him. Despite entering into a group comprised of George Mikan, Elgin Baylor, Wilt Chamberlain and Kareem Abdul-Jabbar as the only Lakers to grab 30 rebounds in a game all Drew wanted to discuss afterwards was his poor shooting.

Unfortunately for KCAL and sideline reporter Mike Trudell the Lakers’ sensational win over San Antonio and Bynum’s big night weren’t the story once the game was over. Instead Andrew decided to lament on his 7 for 20 shooting performance with a choice word that isn’t usually recommended for use on live television.

Of course this isn’t the first time Bynum has forgotten the rules of engagement when it comes to live post-game interviews.

Bynum is truly keeping some rare company these days. Last night he accomplished something not even Shaquille O’Neal did in a Lakers jersey. However Bynum’s unintentional slips of the lips still can’t compare to O’Neal’s very direct answers.
