According to Ramona Shelburne, the Los Angeles Lakers might be interested in Elton Brand.
Lakers also have an interest in Elton Brand, but he may be outside their price range

Last season, Elton Brand averaged 7.2 points and 6 rebounds in just about 21 minutes of play. With Dwight Howard signing with the Houston Rockets, the Lakers are going to need another big. Brand made roughly $2.1 million last season with the Dallas Mavericks, so he may be looking for a bigger contract. The Lakers currently have their Mini Mid-Level Exception, which pays $3.1 million. It will be interesting to see if that will be enough for the 34-year-old big man.
