Lakers interested in Raja Bell, Kenyon Martin, Bobby Brown

The longer into free agency we go, the crop of players the Lakers can sign shrinks. With very few shooters left on the market, the Lakers need to move fast. Dave McMenamin reported of a new group of players the Lakers are showing interest in.

Bell and Martin spent last season under contract in the NBA with the Jazz and Knicks, respectively. Bell, however, did not play as he and the Jazz reached an agreement for him to stay at home. Brown hasn’t played in the NBA since 2009-10, spending last season in Italy playing for Montepaschi Siena. He won the leagues “Best Scorer” award as he averaged 18.8 points, 5.3 points, and 1.7 rebounds a game.
