The Cleveland Cavaliers have now signed two former Lakers during this free agency period: Earl Clark and Andrew Bynum. According to reports, Bynum’s deal is worth $24. 5 million over two years, but the Cavaliers can decide if they want to bring Bynum back or not with a team option.

This is a nice deal for the Cavs because they are only guaranteeing $6 million, and if this works out, they are getting one of the top centers in the league for a very nice price. He has shown the potential to be on the of best in the league, it’s just a matter of effort with Bynum. Another reason this is a good move for the Cavs is, even with this signing, they could be able to offer a max contract next season. However, they may have to make a couple moves like the Houston Rockets did to get Dwight Howard (sorry).
