The Lakers don’t have many roster spots left, but that’s not stopping them from casting a wide net. The Lakers have invited Nick Minnerath, who played for the Sacramento Kings summer league roster, to training camp, according to Minnerath’s Twitter.
With the Kings this summer, Minnerath scored just 28 in 5 games, shooting 43.5%. In his time with the Detroit Titans in college, Minnerath 14.6 points and 5.9 rebounds his senior year while shooting 35.9% from three. Minnerath will join by Marcus Landry and Elias Harris as summer leaguers who will be at the Lakers training camp this summer.
