Steve Blake Named VP of Players Association

Los Angeles Laker, Steve Blake, and Charlotte Bobcat, Anthony Tolliver have been announced as the newest members of the Players Association.

Steve Blake has been on the Lakers for three years. Last season, Blake averaged 7.3 points, 3.8 assists, and 2.9 rebounds, while averaging 26.1 minutes off of the bench. Blake shot 42.1 percent from beyond the three point line, and 42.2 percent from the field.
Earlier this week, Chris Paul took over as the President for former Laker, Derek Fisher. Fisher had been the president since 2006.
