Former Lakers point guard Chris Duhon was involved in an aggravated battery case on Saturday. Duhon was with his brother-in-law in an Orlando parking garage when an unidentified man began honking and yelling at them, leading to an altercation that led to the driver of the Lexus running over Duhon.

Duhon was taken to the hospital via ambulance, but was released that night under his own power. While Duhon was unable to remember details of the incident, his brother-in-law Julio Hernandez was, helping police with the investigation. The man is still unidentified and has yet to be caught.

As a Laker last year, Duhon was featured in 46 games, scoring just 133 points (2.9/game) and 133 assists. The Duke graduate has yet to sign with a team this season with both the 76ers and Knicks showing interest in the guard.
