With the Lakers already incredibly short-handed, they’ll be without another star player tonight. Pau Gasol will be forced out of tonight’s game with what is being called an upper respiratory infection. Chris Kaman will be starting in his place.
Gasol has begun to find his stride, averaging 17.7 points and 8.5 rebounds per game over his last six. Even better, he had put up back-to-back 20-point games for the Lakers in their last two outings, both resulting in wins.
Hopefully Gasol will miss limited action and be able to continue his run of form. The Lakers and Warriors tip-off tonight at 10:30 PM.
