NBA Draft Lottery 2014: Start Time, Live Stream, TV Info and More
By Jacob Rude
The 2014 NBA Draft Lottery, for non-playoff teams, is the biggest event to be apart of since the season ended. For the 14 teams taking place, there’s a chance, no matter how small, to land the top pick and bring in an Andrew Wiggins, Jabari Parker, Joel Embiid, or Dante Exum. Fortunes can change for a team in an instant tonight if the ping pong balls bounce their way.
For Lakers fans, this is an unfamiliar situation, considering they’ve one been in the lottery one other time (2005) since 1995. But given their success in top ten picks – Andrew Bynum, Magic Johnson, James Worthy, Elgin Baylor – the Lakers Nation has reason to be hopeful for tonight’s lottery.
To watch the events unfold tonight, tune in to ESPN at 8 PM Eastern, 5 PM Pacific. The lottery will precede the Game 2 match-up between the Miami Heat and Indiana Pacers in the Eastern Conference Finals.
For fans without access to TVs tonight, you can catch the action on the WatchESPN app on your iPhone, Android, iPads, or tablets. You can also find the action online at ESPN3.com on your computer.
Be sure to catch all the action in New York City tonight, then swing over to LakeShowLife for the news, instant reactions, and analysis of what tonight’s outcomes will mean for the Lakers.
