The Lakers came out strong in the 1st quarter, but ended up tied at the half at 43. Â Jordan Clarkson showed some flashes, but fatigue may have been an issue considering how many minutes he has been playing every game. Julius Randle struggled with a 1 of 9 shooting start, but finished strong in the last four minutes of the game. Â Xavier Gibson had his best game of the week with 12 points, while Kevin Murphy also had a great showing with 15 points.
This is the last Vegas Pro League game of the season. Â It would have been nice to have Robert Sacre and Ryan Kelly play during the Vegas Pro League. Â A Vegas Pro League championship is still a championship. Â It would send a message to the rest of the league that the Lakers are serious about competing, even without a head coach.
