It’s nice to see Jeremy Lin have a well balanced game. Tonight’s game wasn’t his most explosive performance, but was the best of his shot selection, playmaking abilities, jumpshooting, and attacking in the paint.

He did have quite the adversary against him. Zach LaVine scored 28 points on 11 of 14 from the field. Lin also added 4 steals on the defensive end, but struggled to compete defensively against the more athletic and wiry, Zach LaVine.
This time around, Lin did a far better job of setting up Carlos Boozer in the painted area, and had a special highlight with a halfcourt lob to Wesley Johnson, for a dunk, and one.
Carlos Boozer finished with 15 points on 6 of 9 shooting from the field. Lin set up him with a couple of passes leading directly to the basket. He also got the team out and running, hitting Kobe Bryant on a fast break reverse dunk.
His most impressive play by far, was the reverse layup around Gorgui Dieng.
Best of all, he played his game. The Lakers ran multiple pick-and-roll situations early in the shot clock. This led to several dunks for Jordan Hill, along with points in the paint by Jeremy Lin himself. LaVine got screened off easily and Lin used the lanes effectively.
Once Lin is able to do this on the road, the Lakers can string up more than just a two game win streak.
