Kobe Bryant has always been known for his fierce competitiveness. In a season of struggles, many expected Bryant to burst. While he hasn’t just yet, he’s clearly growing frustrated with his teammates as evidenced by this Vine of his words as he left practice.
Beware, there’s a lot of NSFW language ahead.

Prior to that even, he was jawing with teammates, who he felt weren’t giving all their effort in practice.
More Kobe: He didn't think the second unit did a good enough job today. Starters crushed them in scrimmage.

The trash talked reportedly started when Nick Young proclaimed no one could guard him, which Bryant obviously disagreed with.

The Lakers aren’t at war, so fans can remain calm. Both Young and Bryant were talkative and fine with the trash talk during practice, both confessing it brings the best out of them.

Bryant’s notoriously personality as a competitive person clearly has come out. This is one of the more candid shots we’ve seen of Bryant during practice, and he’s supposed to have matured and more patient this year.
Realistically, the Lakers need a leader and someone to push them. Bryant has been sitting out most practices to conserve as much energy as possible, but he’s still giving it all when’s he’s out there. This is not Bryant turning on his teammates, but the Black Mamba attempting to motivate his team in his way, much like one Michael Jordan used to.
