Jeremy Lin was one of the key catalysts in the Lakers fourth quarter comeback against the Thunder on Friday night. But with the game on the line in the final moments, Byron Scott instead chose to give Kobe Bryant the shot, who finished the night 3 of 15 from the field.
After the game, Lin was asked about that final play.
Jeremy Lin with a smile: "I like game winners, too. I'd love to shoot some, but I get it." Then said Kobe is" king of game winners."

While this is certainly not a feud brewing, Lin has a rightful gripe. In that fourth quarter, Lin was 3-5 from the field with 8 points, grabbed 4 rebounds and had 3 assists. He was the catalyst for the offense even when Bryant returned for the final half of the quarter.
However, down the stretch, the Lakers went away from Lin and to Bryant, who created a couple of open looks, but ultimately left the game-winning jumper short after getting his defender in the air with a pump fake.
After a rocky start immediately following his move to the bench, Lin has really accepted the role and is thriving, averaging 9.0 points and 5.0 assists. More importantly, he’s become a leader of the second unit, a role he could never step into as a starter.
