For a change, the Lakers It’s been over a month since Lakers forward Ryan Kelly has played a game, but the Lakers expect Kelly to be available tomorrow against the Memphis Grizzlies. Kelly had suffered a hamstring injury back in Nov. 16 of last year.

In Kelly’s rookie season he averaged 8.0 points per game. Not bad but also not up to par compared to other rookies. With only 25 minutes clocked in for this season, Kelly has only scored 11 points. With the absence of Julius Randle, Kelly might get some playing time, but don’t count on it being a lot as Byron Scott might take it easy on Kelly

One thing that Kelly does best is space the floor well for the Lakers also he can shoot it from deep giving the Lakers another shooter from downtown.

Ed Davis broke his nose against the Nuggets, but still expects to play on Friday as well.

"“I went to the bench, Jeremy Lin said it was crooked, then [trainer Gary] Vitti said it was crooked too, so I knew it was broken then,” Davis said."

Is Davis going to wear a mask on Friday? That remains to be heard. Davis’s nose was covered in bandages after a visit to the doctor.

"“I’m going to try to practice with a mask tomorrow, then in the game on Friday, but if I miss a couple of shots, I’m going to take it off,” he said."

The Lakers and Grizzlies are set to tip-off at 10:30 on Friday.
