Recently, our friends over at Pippen Ain’t Easy compiled a list of 23 reasons why Michael Jordan is better than Kobe Bryant. Their article intrigued us, but we found the list to be a bit too one-sided.

Bryant and Jordan are always going to be compared to one another. As a result of entering the league at the tail end of Jordan’s career, Bryant has been the recipient of more than a fair share of comparisons to His Airness. Each accomplishment or achievement the Black Mamba has had along his career has been met with a “But Jordan….” response.

At times, Bryant’s career achievements have been unfairly diminished because the criticisms to Jordan filled the conversation. May Bryant hasn’t won six titles, but has he played in a more competitive era? Jordan never had a team like the Spurs and Gregg Poppovich. Maybe Bryant hasn’t won the MVP’s that Jordan has, but he never had a player as talented as LeBron James in the league at the same time of him.

There are a fair amount of reasons to believe that Bryant is better than Jordan. We’ll one-up Pippen Ain’t Easy and give 24 reasons why Bryant is better than Jordan.
