LeBron James scored 44 points in Game 1 of the NBA Finals, a tremendous game for the best player on the planet. It took James 38 shots to get that many points, so it wasn’t exactly his most efficient game.

Kobe Bryant has taken criticism for shooting too much for most of his career. You find countless memes on the internet of Kobe not passing, truthfully some of them are actually pretty funny.
For Bryant, he’s simply learned how to deal with all the critics. He was asked by a fan on Twitter how he responds to people calling his selfish. Bryant’s response is short and to the point. All the Mamba asks is for them to count to five:

As we all know, Kobe is a five-time NBA Champion and ultimately that’s all that matters. Bryant knows he will always face those critics that will accuse him of shooting too much, but he simply does not care. As always, Bryant has an entertaining way of responding to criticism.
Bryant’s only goal has been to win titles and it takes more than just one player to get it done. Kobe might only have one season left in his illustrious career and everyone should cherish every last shot he takes next season.
