Ersan Ilyasova

Ilysova, who was recently acquired by the Pistons, was very promising as a European prospect back in his early days with the Bucks. He was very physically developed as a rookie in the NBA, largely because he worked a lot on his upper body while playing overseas. On offense, Ilysova has improved on his three point shot, due to him creating his own step and creating separation with his great first step. On defense, Ilysova has been aggressive, proven to be successful man-to-man defender. Ilysova, however, has had various injury problems over the years, which has hampered his growth and maturity as a player.
