Lakers vs. Nuggets: Game Time, TV, Radio, Injury Report

Tonight in Los Angeles, the Lakers continue their brief two-game home stand against the Denver Nuggets.

One week into the short NBA season and the Los Angeles Lakers are still winless, reminding fans of a time not so long ago when Mike Brown was the head coach. There’s no doubt that the Lakers possess the necessary amount of talent to compete and win NBA games, it is rather a matter of using their pieces in the correct manner to do so.

Tonight, will prove to be another interesting test for the young duo, D’Angelo Russell and Jordan Clarkson, as they face up against Emmanuel Mudiay, the seventh overall pick in June. Mudiay is coming off his worst game as a pro, having shot 3-of-14 from the field, so expect him to come out aggressive, looking to erase that performance from the minds of fans.

The Nuggets come in to STAPLES Center with one win and two losses, providing the Lakers with a perfect bounce back opportunity to briefly quiet fan rumblings.

Surprisingly, the Lakers are favored to win by two points in tonight’s matchup.

Here’s what you need to know about tonight’s home game at STAPLES Center against the Denver Nuggets.
