At 3-18 the Lakers are desperate to find any reason to laugh but D’Angelo Russell may have provided fans with one
As the losses have piled up, D’Angelo Russell has become more and more open to offering his opinion on his coach and personal situation alike.
That said, after taking a passive-aggressive shot at Byron Scott after their loss to the Toronto Raptors, and another subtle one at Kobe after his demotion to the bench, nothing seemed to be off limits.

The video begins with D’Angelo working out with an assistant coach, playing one-on-one.
Russell then calls out “Kobe,” proceeding to imitate a Kobe Bryant isolation — waving off defenders, posting up on the right side of the key, all finished off with an air ball fans have gotten so used to seeing.
The coach adds insult to injury saying, “Oh no, no help,” obviously in regards to Bryant’s current struggles.
While this is no where near the disrespect that Blake Griffin caused Austin Rivers, it’s doubtful that this will improve the Lakers relationships in the locker room which is already nearing toxic.
What do you think about Russell’s most recent playful jab at the Black Mamba? On point? Funny? Obviously not at good as BDotADot5’s impression, but it’ll do?
