Prepare yourself for Kobe Bryant’s last Christmas hurrah by watching this “Ultimate Christmas Day Mixtape”
Lakers shooting guard Kobe Bryant has played in his fair share of Christmas Day games, 15 to be exact, but has won only 6 of the 15 contest.
Despite his win-loss record, Kobe has played stellar on Christmas Day averaging upwards of 20 points a contest, with his best game coming in his first meeting with Shaquille O’Neal since his departure from Los Angeles, in which he dropped 42 in a two point loss to the Miami Heat.
In Christmas’ past, the Lakers used to pair up with their greatest rival at the time and the games used to be must watch TV for die hard NBA fans.

With older games against the Allen Iverson led Philadelphia 76ers, Chris Webber’s Sacramento Kings, T-Mac’s Houston Rockets and newer match-ups against the LeBron James led Miami Heat, the Los Angeles Lakers are always a huge draw on Christmas Day.
That said, considering their current circumstances, the Lakers lack any real true rival, but will face off against the team they share a home with, the Los Angeles Clippers.
Statistically, the Black Mamba seems to put on a show almost every night and Christmas Day is no different.
Seeing that it is Kobe’s last year in the league, the NBA thought it only right to create a mixtape of his best moments on December 25.
