Leadership/Experience:

Hart was a part of four different teams that went to the NCAA Tournament. And like stated earlier, won the 2015-16 National Championship. At Villanova, he played 146 games total, won a player of the year award in the Big East, and was a proven winner throughout his college career. The four teams he was a part of at Villanova went a combined record of 129-17. All of this experience makes him one of the most polished players coming out of this draft hands down.

Coming into the NBA at 22 years of age will be an advantage for him over other younger inexperienced players. He knows what a winning team needs to do, and his leadership skills will rub off on all the young players in which the Lakers roster consists of.

Hart has had a long journey from high school to Villanova. He worked for every opportunity he got with the Wildcats and that didn’t go unnoticed to the Lakers. Hart will continue to put in the work necessary for himself and to help his teammates to be successful at the NBA level.
