The Los Angeles Lakers and Portland Trail Blazers face off for the 2017 Las Vegas Summer League Championship tonight. Here are five players to watch for in the game.

The Los Angeles Lakers and Portland Trail Blazers will face off tonight in the final game of the 2017 Las Vegas Summer League. Whoever wins this game will take home the championship this year. Both teams come into this game off impressive semi-final victories.

The Blazers made it to the championship game after a hard fought game against the Memphis Grizzlies. Portland was getting blown out in the first half, as they trailed by as many as 19 points. That didn’t keep them down, as they began their rally to finish the first half and then took control of the game in the second half.

The Lakers, on the other hand, cruised to victory over the Dallas Mavericks. Los Angeles was on fire in the first half, as they went up by as many as 26 points. The Lakers would cruise through the second half, as Lonzo Ball was even afforded some time to rest.

The matchup between the Lakers and Trail Blazers will be a test of stamina. Both teams have played a lot of basketball in Las Vegas, and this will be the third consecutive day both teams play. The Lakers will be playing their fifth game in six days; it will be six in seven days for the Trail Blazers.

It will also be a matchup of differing attacks. The Lakers are rolling on the back of their guard play with Ball running the show. The Trail Blazers strength is in their front court; their top three scorers are all front court players.

Which playing style will come out ahead tonight, resulting in a Summer League title? We will have to wait and see. Here are five players to watch for in the game that will be a big part in determining the outcome.
