5. The King Comes to City of Angels

March 11 vs. Cleveland Cavaliers

This matchup is exciting for one reason and one reason only. That reason is strictly based off all the rumors of Lebron James coming to LA next season to join the Lakers. Regardless of the verity of his statement, it will be fun to see Lebron’s first game in L.A. against a team he is rumored to be joining.

He will be doing a lot more than just playing against the Lakers, he’ll be scouting his future teammates and the coaching staff. He will be looking to see who is sitting court side to come watching him play. If this is his future home why wouldn’t he want the top celebrities in L.A. coming to his games?

If they aren’t willing to go watch the one game he plays against the Lakers in LA each season, what makes you think they’ll come when you play every home game there? All these factors during this game will play into his offseason decision. Rihanna, this is a game Lakers fans will need you to attend.

Also, it will be interesting to see if James will be playing this game with Kyrie Irving as his teammate. With his desire to leave Cleveland, this could be a very different looking team in March.
